Why your mama should be your best friend-ladies
You will travel the whole world but chances are that you will never meet a friend as loyal and loving as your mama. True especially for ladies.
Try to have a closer look at your strengths, weaknesses, good and bad sides and character in general and you wont miss a big part of it that resembles your mum's. You probably have a temper just like her's, or maybe it's how you treat people, relate to them, give, advise, rebuke, encourage, praise etc. She is your mama, definitely you took some traits from her. Who wouldn't want to be best friends with someone they resemble?
A mother's love is in most cases unconditional love. They don't care to receive from you, they are more concerned about making you comfortable and giving you what they most likely never had. It wouldn't hurt either if they wanted from you because they have been giving ever since you first cried. We can never ever fully reward mother and parents generally for what they have been and continue to be. A true and ideal best friend should care about you like they care about themselves if not more. A mother cares more.
Her age puts her at the perfect position to advice you accordingly. she has gone through everything you are going through and more. Times are different but fact remains she has better experience. Given the fact that you behave/act just like her you probably are going through the same challenges like she did. There, you have someone who has almost the same experiences like you are having. Take advantage.
Mum is family, you will cross each others paths and disagree on many things but the bond will never be broken. It is there to stay. A perfect best friend knows too well they can piss you off, you can piss them off but the friendship is not a debate. Even in the middle of anger your mama knows that you are as stubborn as she is if not more if we consider additional traits from daddy.
