Unpredictable life-RIP Innocent

Sometimes I think of how unpredictable life is and it scares me. Today we are here, tomorrow we are not and that is life. It has a way of making us happy today and sad another day, it makes me wonder why we do so many things the way we do.
sometimes we laugh, other times we cry, sometimes we succeed and other times we fail terribly. Along the way in life we make so many changes and yet life goes on. All these things happen to make us stronger and give us a reason to believe in God for a better life on earth and after here.
Many instances happen to remind us the kind of people we should be. We ought to be people full of love for each other, we ought to learn to do good to others the same way we expect good from them. The fact that life is unpredictable should make us realise that we are not always going to have each other and for that reason we ought to make peace with everyone around us. we should forgive each other the same way God forgives us.
Its unfortunate that not all people are kind hearted, not everyone who claims to be friends are true. With the world full of evil, some people are actually happy when others go through rough times. I pray that these kinds of people may be forgiven the same way God forgives us all but most importantly that they may be changed to want good and do good to others.
All these said, I mourn my young brother, friend and neighbour Innocent Bukhuni. Too young to leave us behind but I know God loves you more than we all do. The few moments shared will never be forgotten. May the good lord rest your soul in eternal peace till we meet again.
To the family left behind, Bramuel, Brian, Isack, Kevin and Davis may God heal and protect all of you. As long as we are here together, you have brothers and sisters to count on.
RIP Innocent.

MY LIFE IN CAMPUS {PART 1/3}

Just like that, it’s over! (Read oveeeeeeeeer!). Honestly it does not feel like five years are gone already. Time sure flies. I still remember how young, fragile and innocent I was when I walked into Stella Awinja hostel for my first year in campus. I would say I was mature and responsible though, I brought myself to campus most people don’t.   Then papa came to check on me later and brought my luggage and I remember him questioning the custodians why I had to share a room with five other ladies yet the forms clearly stated sharing two. Best daddy ever, he cared enough to know where his daughter was going to live. Sharing a room with five other adorable ladies turned out to be the best thing. I made friends that will forever remain my friends both in their presence and absence. The many Luhyia songs and ohangla dances done in that room, sweet old memories. I am not married, we may say I don't have experience but i definitely know the kind of man every woman wants because I am a woman. Women like feeling special and pampered, it is in us. Those lovely compliments, sincere appreciation and sweet words warm our hearts. Yes we are special for sure hence we deserve to feel equally or more special. When a woman meets that gentleman who makes her feel special than any other person around her, you can be rest assured she will make you feel triple special in return. A woman is like a kid, however learned or experienced she is, she would not resist a good sense of direction.
