My defination of success

Now now, we all know we can't be a million Obamas, a thousand Uhurus or even two Beyonces. It's as impossible as it sounds. According to me we can all have our own success and the world will be a better place. This will only happen when we stop wanting to be like so and so and start being ME, start making good use of our inner strengths and discovering who we really are and how best we can bring it out to the world. There is nothing wrong with looking upto someone you admire, the problem comes in when we judge our progress and outcome with how our mentors had theirs. It is devastating to terribly want to achieve exactly what someone else did and fail. Who knows, you probably were ment to achieve alot more than they did in a different way.
My true defination of success; it is an every day journey not a destination. Failing four times and eventually getting it right is success. Doing things better with every given opportunity is success. Learning from past mistakes and relaunching a better strategy is success. It starts with knowing exactly what you want in life in all fields ranging from career, health, religion, friendships, relationships, targets, name it. A successful person is all rounded with a stable landing ground in all fields. An unhealthy lifestyle with a fat bank account is'nt success because that lifestyle can cost you your life.
When you set standards that you want to live by you are on the right path to being successful. I mean realistic standards that are achievable. Failing to plan is planning to fail, totally true because if you don't have a plan you fall for anything that comes your way. Everything offered to you is just fine,no questions, no doubts, nothing. If you ask me that is the first step in living a miserable unfulfilling life. Today challenge yourself to do things your way by your standards. To participate in things that make you better and define the inner you irregardless of what other people expect or want from you. At the end of the day, your inner peace matters most than any other thing and having a peaceful mind is SUCCESS.
Success is trully an every day journey because the bits of that journey make up the destination. It has to start somewhere.
